John Punsalan is an accomplished designer and motion graphics specialist with extensive experience crafting engaging visual content across diverse platforms. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design, John brings a strong artistic foundation to his work in animation, front-end web design, branding, and digital storytelling. Currently at the National Treasury Employees Union, he manages all in-house motion graphics.

Over the course of his career, John has held key creative roles at organizations such as Design Alliance, Don Schaaf & Friends, and Deloitte, where he led high-profile motion graphics and branding projects for clients ranging from Westinghouse to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite—including After Effects, Premiere, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, and more—John is also an experienced animator and illustrator, having contributed to interactive media for companies like American Photo Booths Inc. and Living Books. His versatile skill set, creative leadership, and commitment to quality make him a valuable asset on any project.
